Courtney Glickman is a family law senior associate at Moradi Neufer LLP with more than 13 years of experience focused on complex divorce matters, including contested child custody disputes, spousal support, the division of high-net-worth estates, and the preparation of pre- and post-marital agreements. Known for her strong advocacy and courtroom skills, she has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year from 2020 through 2024, and she supports the firm’s clients in high-asset divorce and custody matters across the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles.

Since no two family law cases are alike, Courtney takes the time to meet with clients to understand their unique goals and then builds a strategy that achieves those goals. Working alongside the firm’s partners, that personalized approach carries real weight in the matters she handles most: high-conflict custody disputes, including move-away requests; high-net-worth estate division; and support cases where a non-earning or lower-earning spouse needs an experienced litigator protecting their interests. That same experience dividing high-net-worth estates informs how she prepares pre- and post-marital agreements, anticipating the financial issues that matter most so clients enter marriage with clarity. She has a skillset well-suited to helping clients navigate even the most difficult issues and advocating for them in court, and her ability to simplify the divorce process has proven invaluable, guiding countless families through divorce quickly and efficiently.

As someone who has navigated the divorce process with her own children in California, Courtney compassionately strives to ease future uncertainties for families going through divorce. She has walked in her clients’ shoes and knows how to be supportive and thoughtful throughout every stage of a case, helping clients feel informed and steady during an often-emotional process.

Though she was born and raised in New York City, Courtney attended Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, CA, where she earned her Juris Doctorate and graduated cum laude. She was an active member of the Whittier Law Review and was published in their national journal. Courtney received her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Tulane University in New Orleans.
