Courtney is an associate with deep experience in family law having spent over 10 years focused on complex divorces, child custody matters, spousal support, division of multi-million dollar estates, and creating pre- and post-marital agreements.
Since no two family law cases are alike, Courtney takes the time to meet with clients to understand their unique goals and then builds a strategy that achieves those goals. She has a unique skillset that makes her well-suited to help clients navigate even the most difficult issues and advocate for them in court. In addition, her ability to simplify the divorce process has proven invaluable to her clients, guiding countless families through divorces quickly and efficiently. This has led to her being honored as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
As someone who has navigated the divorce process with her children in California, Courtney compassionately strives to ease future uncertainties for families going through divorce. She has walked in her clients shoes before and knows how to be supportive and thoughtful throughout a client’s case.
Though she was born and raised in New York City, Courtney attended Whittier Law School, in Costa Mesa, CA where she earned her Juris Doctorate and graduated cum laude. She was an active member of the Whittier Law Review and was published in their national journal. Courtney received her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Tulane University in New Orleans.
