Mikayla is an associate who is a strong advocate for her clients, with a particular focus on child custody, tailoring her work to ensure it meets the needs of the client and their family. Mikayla also ensures her clients are well-informed with access to the necessary tools to make well-informed decisions despite the often-emotional challenges associated with divorce. Her dedication and attentive approach helps clients successfully navigate through every stage of litigation.
Mikayla completed her undergraduate studies the University of California, Berkeley and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, San Francisco College of Law. Prior to joining Moradi Neufer, she practiced family law at a boutique law firm in San Francisco.
During law school, she was Co-Executive Articles Editor for the Science and Technology Law Journal, a member of the Family Law Students Association, and the class speaker for her graduating class. Mikayla was also a judicial extern at Legal Services for Children (LSC) in the guardianship division, providing legal assistance and advocacy to underrepresented communities.
